Forms needed for registration:

Click on each link to download this year's registration form, liability waver form, and media release form.  Complete one of each of the 3 forms for each child and return them to:  Felege Hiywot Center, 1648 Sheldon Street,Indianapolis, IN 46218

If the session your child is eligible for is full, you will be contacted. Acceptance based on first come first served in each age group/time slot.

Tuesdays for students who will attend 5th and 6th grader in the Fall of 2011

9:30 - 11:30 AM  or 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Wednesday's Dates and Times 

  STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Math

 June 15 - July 13

Tuesdays for students who will attend 7th and 8th grade in the Fall of 2011

All Day. This session is full - there are no more openings

Thursday's Dates and Times

June 11 - July 29

Tuesdays for students who will attend 3rd and 4th grade in the Fall of 2011

9:30 - 11:30 AM  or 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Friday's Dates and Times

Tuesdays for pre-K and for students who will attend K through 2nd 6th grade in the Fall of 2011
